New Difficulties for Crystal Splash Giving shards

Has making a more difficult Crystal Splash been discussed where the milestones were all 3-5 star shards? Getting 2 star crystals and PHC shards are ok, but the drop rates are worse than winning the lottery. Could we get a Sunday Crystal Splash that have 3-5 star shards as well? Not just for the top percentiles?
