This is a big problem

sadly I have another problem so basically I left an alliance whilst having all my good champions down and now I don't have any of my good 4*s or my 3* black panther

You mean they were in War or AQ? Just wait and once the war/quest is over you’ll have your champs back.

@cdev115 I think what happens is that your wrestlers were active in a mission or war. Then it is normal that you can not use them. But they are not "disappeared", since they should appear in your catalog of fighters. They will only be "invisible" when starting a new mission or war. After the event they are "trapped", you can use them again.
