Do the stuff in the order it was introduced in the game cuz it kinda matches with the difficulty and the skill level required to complete it...now rol came into the game before act 5 so U should go for it first...

I got uncollected first, as it unlocks some great rewards, so I'd suggest you go for that one first.
You can beat RoL whenever you're bored and have some 2 hours of free time.

Getting uncollected improves the game in many ways and gives you more opportunity’s for 5* champs you should absolutely try for that first.

uncollected gives you daily crystal and you can do monthly eq with 6* shards rewards, rol gives nothing compared to that. simple
I completed 5.2 like half a year ago, still didn't do rol) but did my first run on 5.4, it's easier then 5.3, and 5.4 exploration rewards are also sweet
