When using 20$ and over on crystals it should guarantee at least 3* heroes

Just bought all 3 of the new spidey crystal bunch offer in the store and got KABAMED getting all 2* heroes and all 3* heroes from the 3 3-4* heroes crystals ...Why cant kabam do some stuff to their system so when we use over like 20$ it guarantees at least 1 max* hero from that particular crystal... i then went and tried to get the 15000 red shard 5* new spidey and Got **** over again with a freaking 5* Rhino i am getting sick and tirred of getting **** over time and time again when i use RL Money Can Any computer genius out there tell me if Kabam could actually do something so we get fair prices/heroes when we buy for over 20$ worth? FROM a frustrated daily player

Totally agree. Even PHC or any crystal bought for units or money, should have better probability of getting champs other than 2* ****. It discourages me not to spent any money on this game.

I stopped buying crystals a long time ago cause of this. I have no luck have not pulled a 4* from a phc in about a year

You bought a crystal that said a chance at 3 or 4* champs. You can't complain when you know what you are buying

Because than everyone could get 3*, 4*, and even 5* champs easily with a few bucks. Besides whats the points of playing a game and not working for your goods or the rush you get from opening crystals. The rewarding feeling of earning a 4* and 5* crystal would be loss.

Pro tip: Stop spending money dude
