Domino's Critical Failure on Offense

We've all seen her critical failure work as a defender, but how much does it really activate when you are using her on offense? I would think it wouldn't activate that much on offense.

    just as often, I use a 4* duped on doing chapter 5 and the critical failures can trigger pretty well.

    i think CF only activates when opponent's abilities activates.

    like when you fight ww2 it shouldn't activate much, not 100% on this though.

    probably not, well atleast not a 4*. Some champs it goes off on a lot some it dont. It is only a 15% chance without synergies upped to a 25% when it happens once, but only for a couple seconds.

    The failure also does not stack, so if you have failure/failure/failure the damage debuff will keep overwriting itself stopping some of the damage.

    On the plus side I noticed she does gain power faster sometimes, not sure if the crit failure is generating it.
