Revisiting Older Champs

With all of the new champs we have in the contest now, a lot of our older ones are useless except for a handful. Lately it seems that the weaker champs have been getting a few buffs like with Luke Cage, and some get the nice synergies like Winter Soldier, but I would really like to see some of the other champions get this treatment as well. It is easy to see what champions need it. If people pull a champ and 99% don't rank them past R3 on a 4 Star then that champ needs a bump. We all know the list. Kabam knows the list. A simple fix would be to change synergies that aren't decent anymore and upgrade them to pair with another champion.

    A 10% attack boost to all the pre summer 2018 champs would be a good start
