Missing Danger Room Rewards

I just completed the heroic danger room for the first time today. I started the room with 1915 4* shards. Upon completion, the rewards menu poppee up and had nothing in it. I waited a few seconds to see if they would show up and nothing. I had the same amount of 4* shards. I then closed the app and restarted, hoping it would help, but to no effect.
