I am using the liquid courage mastery and I run (in addition to Karnak + Medusa + BB) Void and KM for the synergy.
I was wondering if anyone knows whether Killmonger still has the +30% (LC) attack rating if he is able to shrug off the poison (per the KM + Void synergy).

If you have the mastery, you have the attack bonus. If a champ can get rid of the poison or is otherwise immune, they still get the benefit of the attack bonus. The only downside you'd still need to contend with is recoil.
