Rewards screen frozen

in Bugs and Known Issues
Please help. Everytime I go to my rewards screen it freezes. Everything else seems to be working fine until I go to that screen it then freezes and I have to close the app. Thanks in advance.

    Please make sure to shut down any background apps that are not required to see if this will improve your in-game performance.
