does challenger rating effect offensive and defensive ability accuracy? does it effect performance

poor game performance ever since 12.0 and seemed to get worse after kabam added challenger rating. it is obvious that the more outranked i am the more anomylies ,glitches, and bugs i become a victim of. this has ruined the meta of the game for over a year.
