Arenas, how they differ from the event quests?

If there's anyone out there who knows when you use your arena boosts and your event boosts, please help me I can't seem to tell the difference between the sea different battles.?

    Arena boosts increase your score/amount of points earned per champ in arenas when you use it on a certain champ, event/questing boosts increase certain stats (depending on the boost used) on all your champions for a certain amount of time making content slightly easier to clear in the time. Hope this helped :)

    Use arena boosts when you at the 3x bonus before that it's a loss
