Which tech champ should i rank up?

So I just pulled 4* Sparky and 5* Dr Octopus. I have the resources to max out Sparky or take Doc to 3/45. What would be better? I'm currently journeying to the Collector, if that helps.

    At this point in the game, you really can't go wrong building up your 5 star roster. Ock doesn't need to be duped to be good. You really can't go wrong either way but when I have the option, my rank 3 on my 5 stars over doing anything with 4 stars.

    Stark is one of the best options in the game for collector also viable for a lot of act 5 content. Doc oc is ok but you will have opportunities to rank him later and he doesn’t do nearly as much as stark (no one does really).

    One of the best champs for the collector, also his sp1 stun really helps wither dealing with Bane.

    Sparky is great he evades too. Maxed he is better than a 5* any day
