Energy and t3cc

Any chance that we'll get a reduction in energy uses? There's just much more to burn energy now and maybe that's the plan to make people spend more units but it's more difficult to complete it all without spending as much now.
And in the daily class cats arena any chance we'll get full t3cc from 100% like it use to be?I use to be able to pull at least 2 per 100%
