Which Mutant FGMC to purchase?

Options: domino, Emma Frost, Omega Red
Need: LOL/AW defense non-bleed dependent (I have blade and 4* 5/50 AA to cover that)
I got a mutant 5* gem from act 5.3 which I completed with no item use so this is more of a luxury purchase with an eye to LoL in a few months although could use a nasty defender.
Or would another option be better?
