Tired of minimums but want to keep killing things in AW?

[LGOTI] Swedes (mainly US with one bg being all Swedish folk) We’re a 13.9mil alliance and have been in Gold1 for all 3 seasons of aw so far. A couple of our longtime members are retiring or taking an extended break because of real life commitments so we are looking for a some new players.
We’re all adults and understand that life happens. We used to run 5x5 and have minimums for most events, but decided we were just burning ourselves out. We currently just do AQ44422 and have absolutely no minimums for any events. The only true commitment we have is checking into AQ a few times and are dependable in AW.
So if you’re sick of the grind and getting yelled at for not hitting a minimum for whichever events, this is the alliance for you. Having experience in Tier 4-6 in AW would be helpful. If you have any questions:
