AW defenders rating decreased

Guys,
We aren’t understanding what happened in our alliance whenever we will place our defenders in war up to the end of the placements phase it’s fine but once the war begins the ratings of the defenders is reducing so the node reactions isn’t applying to the defenders after the war begins.
Is that only for my alliance or any other alliance also facing same problem,
It’s a bug or any other problem behind it
