seeking an Active alliance...
a) doesn't matter it's T4CC ally as long as rank within 400 (in Expert bracket) without any M6, and complete all 3 BGs 100%.
b) complete most alliance event without minimum requirement.
c) no compulsory spending/no pressure in AW.
d) weekly SA
