Game is too slow

Hello guys why is the game too slow especially when I try to open crystals in the crystal vault or tab whatever you call it.
And don't tell me its the internet connection because I have played the game for 3 yrs now I know what is required.

Have you tried closing the app and restarting it? That usually helps me when I've got lag.
Or if that doesn't work at all, deleting the app and redownloading it?
When I update the game I sometimes get mad lag, and redownloading it helps.
