Best masteries for prestige?

I'm SoulBreaker1229 and I have a crappy prof with barely any prestige lol. My r3 5* Quake is 4.8K... so hoping ya'll can help me with masteries and maybe best ways to farm units since I'll be needing those for my masteries.

PI increases with suicides for sure. Also glass cannon, deep wounds, assassin.

Honestly I worry about increasing PI. Research mastery builds and plan what you want to do.
