Didn't recevez my rewards for skill advancement and mystic arena battre.
Tried to raise a ticket, but it's a maze in support.

    If your talking about rank rewards you must not have scored enough points

    no....

    read the rank rewards for these.....

    only prizes awarded as far down as 20%......
    if you score in the bottom part the is no rank rewards
    it is listed under the rank rewards.

    No you don't, the top 20% of those that reach rank rewards get something in the 7hr events

    ok...It's just weird, cause, I always get rewards, usually.
