Dungeon Milestones: Will the milestones change the next day after i reach 4200+ prestige?

My current prestige is around 3900 and after some rank-ups in a few days i'll reach 4300 soon. But that'll be in the middle 2nd-phrase dungeons (Sept 17 - Oct2).
My question is: Will i see the new milestones (11250 points for last milestones) the next day/3 days after i rank up? Or do i have to wait long up until 3rd-phrase of Dungeon (Oct 22-Nov 5) to have the updated milestones?
Any mod can clarify this? Anyone experienced this change yet? Please share your infomation on this. Thanks.

It shuld be the Day. After meant the 3 days only what ikow of.

Still would like to hear someone who had this change share his info on this, im doing some math when/which champ i will do the rank ups and to if i will be able to get 27k artifacts in time.
