Glory store T4B reset not working

Haven't bought any T4B and when I went to buy it, it is coming up as I have already bought 5. Thought it was a virtual bug but when I click on it - it shows a cost of 600 glory instead of 400. Seems a few other people have this problem in my alliance. Is it just virtual or a known bug?
