It seems there is an issue with rewards from the 4* basic arena. This is an ongoing thing and happens once a month now. I myself have tickets from the last 5 months that this has happened. And it always seems to occur on the Thur-Sun Arenas. We go all day and there is no communication with the player base.
The game is big enough that there should be some sort of communication with the player base. This isn't an indie series. Hire someone to check-in on Sundays at least for communication purposes and respecting your player base. This is getting old.
If there has been a response then make a note at the top of the forums or something about it. Dont just respond to 1 thread so that it gets lost. It's really not that hard.
