New log in rewards

I've been wondering if there may be a change to the log in character rewards for summoners who are uncollected or not. The current login reward grants a chance for a summoner to get a 3* hero with little or no chance at a 4* hero. Is there a way for uncollected summoners to have a chance at a 4* increased? Or guaranteed? Just curious. Thanks
