    People love to knock him but I've always liked him. Hulk in a suit with a tommy gun...whats not to like. He's definitely not God tier but can be decent. Wish his regen was worth something...as random as it is to get the regen should be worth it. If I ever get an abundance of science t4cc I'll rank 5 him just for fun.
