**WINTER OF WOE - BONUS OBJECTIVE POINT**
As previously announced, the team will be distributing an additional point toward milestones to anyone who completed the Absorbing Man fight in the first step of the Winter of Woe.
This point will be distributed at a later time as it requires the team to pull and analyze data.
The timeline has not been set, but work has started.
There is currently an issue where some Alliances are are unable to find a match in Alliance Wars, or are receiving Byes without getting the benefits of the Win. We will be adjusting the Season Points of the Alliances that are affected within the coming weeks, and will be working to compensate them for their missed Per War rewards as well.

Additionally, we are working to address an issue where new Members of an Alliance are unable to place Defenders for the next War after joining. We are working to address this, but it will require a future update.

Phones still getting hot

Why is this still an issue, why haven’t you guys fixed it yet? I just ran 8 rounds of arenas with no other apps in the background, and my iPhone 8 got so hot I had to close the game and come here. I’ve submitted support tickets and been told “it is completely resolved and an issue with iOS”, which is entirely false. I’ve submitted support tickets with Apple, and was told they’d look into it with you, and they were quite delighted to know that your support rep blamed iOS. Yet still here we are months later and your game is still turning my phone into a miniature sun, and it seems to be largely ignored. What’s the status here? Feedback!

    Never had any over heating issues with my iPhone 8+. It's not as simple as saying it's either Kabam or Apple's issue. You can say you didn't have any apps running in the background, but you always do. Your email account is a push set up right? I am sure other apps are too. Your cellular radio is always on...

    Anyway, I hope your issue gets resolved soon.
