Most have been together for 2+ years. No drama, just fun.
For AW, we run 2 BG that bounce between Tier 5 & 6 and get Gold 2.
For AQ, with the new system, one group runs Map 5 & the other runs Map 3. Everyone that participates gets all rewards. You choice which Map to join.
