Beat 2nd fight in dungeon but there was an issue

So I beat the second fight in dungeon level 7. After the victory screen, I loaded back to the map and the second boss (whom I just beat) was shown alive. There was no connection error shown. I tried to fight him again and nothing happened. I backed out of the dungeon to try to reload in and the game would not let me load back in. I restarted the game and tried again. Same result. I could not load back in even though the "continue" button was shown. Now I can't use those champions for dungeons.
