Sig stones

I'm a ftp player, and I've done well doing this. However, the one thing the game doesn't compensate any of is 5star sig stones. Basically, I get 10 a month for 100% of Uncollected and Master. My 2 5-65 champs could definitely use some more love. I was close to purchasing that Sig stone deal, but just get frustrated that ftp doesnt have the ability to get more. Am I missing possibilities? Any feedback is appreciated.
