I can't chat in global or alliance chat

I can't chat in the game.Everytime I try to send something it acts like I never sent anything.Ive been reading other forums and it said if it pops up and dissapears it might be a chat ban.But for me it doesn't pop up at all.Please help me.My IGN is ImBlueWhoYou.

    Contact support there's tons of things going on with chat but worst case scenario is it's a chat ban of some kind.

    Or it could just be a bug, shrug who knows
