Regeneration and Skill

I've mastered my regeneration masteries in defense and I could get only +5 every time but when I fight with other champs in arena some of the opponents getting +33 +44 ...etc .,
Is there any way to get that much health??????
And is my mastery is good or should I make changes in it?!?!?

    You see in defense on the top right branch, the one with three hearts? That's the one they've got

    U have maxed out regen...do u have a regen based champ like wolverine,blade or someone else in ur attack teams??

    No but soon I'm gonna dupe my Sabertooth whom I'm going to use in attacking
