Title says it all, fighting in Alliance Wars and Quests, and the opponents very rarely seem to use specials one and two anymore, can bait them and bait them, but they refuse to use the specials 1 and 2.
The few times they do use their specials 1 and 2, they seem to get hit by recoil which deals massive damage to them? but they dont get anything like that for using the special 3?
