Enviromental Effects

Will more be added, I'm kinda bored of just seeing Rain effects on the Avengers tower, street and the sentinel bridge, Recently the Thor one was added but more than enjoyment it causes Void to be pretty much be invisible.

So adding new effects, like the snow one in the Iceman quest back in 12.0 would be appreciated...
