Bronze alliance looking for active players

Looking for casual but active players. We started winning a lot of alliance wars and attracted a lot of slackers to join and now we're getting matched up against teams we can't beat. We typically have been having 5 people playing alliance war, with only 2 able to take down one of the link nodes at the end. We're strong to the point that myself and one other person can take down Alliance Quest map 3, but I'd like to up our game and get some active people that can do some common sense Alliance questing/War We don't use any chat apps or excel spread sheets to put people where they need to be, this is a laid back group and I'm not going into Leeroy Jenkins level detail to win an alliance war.
Our Alliance rating is 516,226 and our war rating is 1032. Average member has 51,622. I have 219,315 rating and the leader is 2nd highest at 70,697, so you can imagine what the rest looks like. Just booted 12 people out that weren't participating in AQ/AW so we have openings. I've attached my roster too so you get an idea where I'm at. Private message me if you want to join
