Silent drax nerf

I have an r4 5* drax and he is my main attacker in the game, since 14.0 I have noticed that all the spideys and night crawlers are evading both parts of his medium hit, this has always been his main asset, and the reason I r4d him- overcoming evade if you fight carefully with the medium hit, sometimes the second part clips them, but very rarely, it's a drastic nerf I'm surprised I can't see any other people noticing it, he's still hits Mordo Which is a relief but even Ultron evaded it yesterday, has anyone else noticed this? if this is the new drax I think I want a rankdown ticket
