Awaken ghost or omega

I have a generic awakening gem i was thinking about using on 4* ghost. I got lucky and pulled a 4* omega red. Which do u think would benefit the most from the gem?

Ghost is a beast unawakened, and her Sig ability isn't that great. I have no clue about omega red, so id recommend holding it.

I would use it on omega red...he is someone who benefits a lot from a high Sig so if u got the Sig stones to put into him,he is a really good choice for that gem..as he starts degenerating ur opponent when the death spore gets to 10 and there is one more thing(don't remember it sorry)and it scales pretty well with his Sig level
