Which Carnage Buff Stack is best?

Of the available buffs I have read people prefer all furies or a combination of fury/cruelty/precision. Which is best, or preferred, for the most effective bleed damage?

The Crit damage buff is vastly underrated, 2 Crit Damage. 1 Crit 3 Furies

1 crit rate, 1 crit damage, the rest fury's is best in all situations

Aside from fury stack (max 10 but it expire faster) player needs to play aggressive, bleed stack (max 10 but has same effective time as fury).. in the beta bleed expires too fast.
