Aw boss timeout

Alliance war BOW VS H.Y.H bg2 after i boosted for a boss fight i timed out on a 6* sentinel. Once fight was finished my health stayed the same as the sentinel regenerated all health. This gave us a death and made another member boost up for same fight loosing all attack bonus. This is unacceptable with all the money people spend and time they give for this game to not be functioning under normal conditions is just unacceptable. Please resolve this issue in a timely fashion and if we loose this war due to attack bonus j hope there will be a type of compensation.
