Hulkbuster buff to deal with the Hulk buff

I think it would make alot of sense to buff HB up to par with the new improved Hulk, as we all know he is supposed to be the ultimate Hulk counter, he is abit of a dud atm as he hits like a wet noodle, I think he could be great if he had fury and or some form of extra damage, just a little something something please!!

Hits like a wet noodle? Standard hits might not be great, but you need to pay attention to what his SP3 does to people!

I get that he's supposed to be a defensive character, and prior to 12.0 (with regen nerf and armor being bypassed by crits) lost entirely his usefullness in AW defense. I'm not suggesting to increase his damage, as he should be a defensive character, just rework his defensive abilities to be as strong as he was. He was good but not in the top tier defenders, no need for such an extreme (indirect) nerf.

A good option could be passively reducing enemy crit chance based off Armor difference, or reflecting part of the damage when blocking an attack (like quake's sig). He's barely an arena fodder now
