Aspect of chaos + adrenaline + willpower

Using 6 stars on an aspect of chaos node, if you allow them to attack you before switching health you both end up with 100% hp. A bit like limbo with magik. I suspect it doesn't work correctly with the 6 star adrenaline passive. Can anyone confirm this happening with them also?

I was doing the Aspect of Chaos path in uncollected recently, using my 6 star, and noticed that somehow I got 100% health. Wasn't sure how that happened.

(Incidentally my 6 star Deadpool X Force worked great - when their health is low and it switches it triggers his power boost. So I'd wait till it switched back and finish them with his Special 3.)
