Piloting ban

Since December I’ve been unable to play on my iPhone 6 but got an iPad at that time. I’ve been exclusively playing on that since December. However, I just got a new iPhone and may occasionally play on the iPhone, especially when I don’t have WIFI. How do I avoid a piloting ban when i have two devices that are with me almost all the time? My friend was banned for this exact reason.

    Multiple accounts and devices are allowed. You just can't play on an account that doesn't belong to you.
    You friend was probably banned for another reason that this one.
