[TSP] 3mil looking for specific type of players

Hello prospective recruits,
We are TSP a semi casual alliance running 3 BGs and we need to replace 2 members.
Semi casual:
No donation or event requirements! (Item use and completion are encouraged and we usually meet the 250 4* shards milestones)
Attendance of AQ and AW can be flexible with communication!
Long term roster growth achieved with consistency and communication!
We have a colorful core of players who started from the slums together and still haven't killed each other, no drama!
We are currently farming map 4 and we run 2 Wars per week. If you are unable to participate simply communicate within our group chat via the LINE app. We also hit SA 5* shards every week.
If you are looking for a long term home and you play consistently we want you badly. If you want to strive for end game content but have a job or family of humans you are responsible for and want a non-hardcore alliance we need you.
Come get rich slowly with hard work and communication. Please note the amount of times I used the word communication in the post. [^_^]
