Quick buff suggestion for Miles Morales

Hey so miles is one of the few characters that has nothing for offence other than his stats..
He gains evade charges frequently though..
So I was thinking it might be a good idea to give him extra attack or critical damage depending on evade..
And the 'venom blasts' could be charges like frostbite that stack and expire after some time inflicting a stun, poison or direct damage according to the class of the opponent..
Thoughts?
