Creating a new account issues!

in Bugs and Known Issues
I created a new account earlier I couldn't open up any crystals I closed the app then restarted the game for some reason the game has taken me straight back to the beginning every time I click on to the game. How do I get that account back as I don't even know if its still active. I was doing all act 1 and 2 quests as well
