How do I change top champion

Ever since I got Antman I haven't been able to change the top champion so how do I change it?

2/ Sell Ant-man (not preferred though).

As others have mentioned here, your top Champion will be the one with the highest PI. If you level and rank another Champion so that they have a higher PI than Ant-Man, they will take his place as your top Champion.
