Unduped Wolverine any good?

I've a Unduped Wolverine. Is he worth to rank up? His signature ability gives him an extra chance to regen, but without that is he any good to rank up?

His damage is pretty low, so if you have x23 she’s much better unduped. Otherwise, he’s still a decent regen champ but i wouldnt bring him past 4/40

I have sig 40 x23 and I've also maxed out deep wounds... I was asking that should I rank up Wolverine for arena or rank up other champs

Rank him up to r4. He will help you with bleed if you have deep wounds maxed out. You will eventually dupe him someday and that is when you r5 him. He is a great champ.

If you’re ranking him just for arena, don’t. He has very low PI, so gives you less points. I’d suggest going for a champ with higher PI if that’s your intention.
