lag/NO connection

Hello Kabam, as q big fan of your game I hate to say but I am about to take my money and time somewhere else I can't join AQ/AW anymore without a lag or log out issue, all the time. you promise compensation but it's never shows up. so please do something unless my money is all you care about then I can just take it to another game. thanks

    Ah, Kabam, my apologies but I must say that I have been experiencing extreme lag, I am able to join both AQ and AW but the lag makes the game almost unplayable and I have adjusted settings in my phone and the problem persists. Thanks for your time!
