Looking for AQ focused alliance, and Gold 1 AW. 7.8K prestige

Hi
I want to change focus in my game. I want to find a AQ focused alliance that does map 6 between 6-8 times each series and with that a place in top 250 in AQ. So you alliance need to have a good starting prestige.
In war I don't want more than gold 1. The stress of platinium alliances and the constant increase in annoying defenders makes AW more and more of a pain.
Close to my third R5 which brings my prestige beyond 8k. Haven't decided who to bring up yet.
I'm european and besides sleeping I'm ready to clear my paths 16-17h of the day. I do grind arena, so ready to pay the needed donations. Done first path in LOL and always completes the top 3 in month quests.
Hope there is an alliance out there that fits my needs. Looking to change when AW rewards are out for the current season.
