5* Mephisto Special 3 Broken

So- for some time now- my 4/55 5* Mephisto has been broken. My 4/40 4* works just fine. Specifically, the 5* fails to activate a permanent aura of incineration on the chance his special 3 'wins the rng role,' and drains up to 2 bars of power. So yes, i know the permanent aura doesn't always activate with a special 3, I'm referring to that once per fight the huge power drain also activates and it's suposed to. Again, my 4* does it just fine. Anyone else experience this? Already sumbitted a ticket on it some time ago.

All fights, no nodes or specific game modes, etc etc. Everywhere, all the time.

Android 8.0, S7 Edge.

Frustrated as this started happening shortly after I took him to r4.

His aura is guaranteed to work on sp3, as long as his opponent has at least 2 bars of power. There isn't an rng involved in it, unless something has changed. I have him at 4/55 and he's been working fine for me. You only get the power drain once per fight, so if you use his sp3 when his opponent has less than 2 bars of power, you're out of luck.
