  Bad thing is, it says I’m in the quest so my champs are locked, and I can’t access the quest to exit or finish it.

  Same ipad. I can fight in arena and AW but i get the unknown error when i try to do quest

  You can get your champions out by entering a story quest and that should free your champs.

  Same here. Was about to start EQ 2.1 master difficulty. Got exact same error. Now my champs are locked in there and I can't progress!

  I'm having the issue on my alt account, but not my main account. It happened as i was starting EQ 2.1 Uncollected.
